Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached before placing them back in their original packaging.
Ship the Items
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized Australia Post location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement items within 5 business days.
